RETURN WINDOW
You may return most items within 15 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. All returns must be in original, unused condition with all original packaging and tags.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
For safety and legal compliance, the following cannot be returned:
- Automatic knives (once opened/tested due to legal restrictions)
- Ceramic knives (due to their fragile nature)
- Customized or personalized items
- Items marked as “Final Sale”
HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

- Wait for approval – we’ll email you an RMA number and instructions

REFUND PROCESS
- Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive your return
- Your refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
- For exchanges, we’ll ship your new item once the return is received
SHIPPING COSTS
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost returns
- For exchanges to international destinations, additional shipping charges may apply
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund and cover all associated shipping costs.
